How do you accept payment?

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, cash, or bank wire transfers. In regards to wire transfers, you should call us before and after the funds have been transferred. It usually takes from 45 minutes to 12 hours for us to receive the wires. Once our bank confirms the transaction, the shipment is ready for pickup. If everything goes right, we try to have it all taken care and on the road within 24 hours.

 


Who takes care of the shipping? What are the shipping costs?

We offer shipping to you at our discounted cost, or you may use your own means.
We ship from different locations in the U.S.: FL, WA, CA, TX, KS, IL, MI, MO, NY and many more. So, shipping will depend on what you are interested in and your location. We provide shipping to all cities in North America and the rest of the world. The trucking company will always call you before delivery to set up an appointment. You will also have a tracking number as soon as the shipping is paid for.

Are there any other extra costs that I should be made aware of?

No. Our prices given before a purchase are rock solid. If you are buying by the pallet, there could be a slight increase, or decrease in the shipping cost, depending on the class and weight of the item. Having the right equipment to unload the truck (i.e. fork lift, pallet jack, or loading dock) may also affect the shipping cost. However, when we arrange shipping, we ask all the necessary questions, so this should not be a problem down the road.

Are there any contracts to sign?

Yes & No. For instance, If you are buying Department Store goods from us, you might have to sign a paper where you would agree to, for instance, remove the Department Store tags before resale if that happens to be a requirement from the store. As far as our company goes, no, you can buy a load from us once or as many times as you like. We do not make much off of one truckload. Our money is made from customers coming back and buying often. We try as best as we can to offer high quality loads at the right price so that our customers can make money, like our service, and keep coming back.

How do you handle Exporting Items?

ATC (Auction Trust Closeouts) can handle your export shipments to all major ports in the world. We have a very strong representation throughout the world and can handle all your containers in a quick and efficient manner. We handle everything from:

Can I fly down and inspect the load if I want to before purchase?

In most cases, Yes, if the merchandise is in one of our warehouses. However, some Department Stores do not like tourists for security and time-consuming reasons.

Are you going to give away my personal information?

No. We at ATC (Auction Trust Closeouts) are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. The security and protection of your personal information is something that we prioritize. We only collect your personal information in order to process our billing, fulfill orders and provide you with an easier, more customized shopping experience. We do not sell or release any of the private information that is collected to any other organization not involved in the transaction.

Why would a company purchase Closeouts?

The off price industry accounts for hundreds of millions of dollars a year in retail sales. discount retailers, flea market vendors, auctioneers, exporters, wholesalers and many other companies purchase these products. Closeouts are usually purchased at a substantial discount to first quality in line production. These discounts can be from 15% to 80% off first quality prices. These discounts are usually passed on to the customer and afford a merchant the opportunity to promote a product at a discount to the market.

Do you have a catalog?

No, we do not have a regular catalog, however, we can fax or email you a copy or our latest inventory listings. Our inventory changes on a daily basis and we would never be able to keep a proper catalog updated. Our product list has a detailed explanation of the merchandise, shipping location, pricing information and any other relevant information that you may need to know about the merchandise.
